Audio is not working

Why was this unhelpful? Thank you for rating this answer. Audio is not available in SAM Core3 FREE. If you are using Core3 FREE for business evaluation, contact us to discuss evaluation of the Professional or Enterprise Version. Make sure that audio is enabled in the camera properties in SAM Admin. Verify with tech support that the camera you are using is fully supported by SAM Core3, some cameras have been validated for video but not yet tested for audio.
